Ticketing Development
The Project
A new retail client with an expanding estate of 50+ locations. We were approached to help update their extensive ticketing requirements, and create an efficient ordering, production and delivery system to each store. After several site visits, we helped create and refine their shelf POS across their whole product range whilst rationalising sizing and offers to help reduce production costs. In addition we built a bespoke online ordering system to enable and control usage, whilst maintaining consistent branding.
Results
Branding now in line with recent brand update and a more professional look than previously produced in-house tickets. Admin time reduced and tickets delivered in as short a turnaround as 24 hours.
