CAF Rail Uniform Kits

The Project

A large recruitment business based in the Midlands. As part of their contract responsibilities they have to provide uniform to several major rail entities. Their current supplier was taking up to 2 weeks to produce garments and administering the process was a frustrating.

Results

We built an easy to use online ordering system that allowed you to select sizes and kit types, taking no longer than 30 seconds from start to finish. The integrated stock management element allowed us to produce just the right amount of garments to put into stock then deliver within 48 hours once requested. In addition we would produce on-demand elements with 3-4 working days. The whole process now has minimal touch points and works smoothly with no issues.
